The warriors practically glided towards one another, blades raised. The blades flashed and suddenly it was like the two had forgottentheir training and the killers around them, as they merely tried to shove the other over, eyes boring into each other."You fight well, Swordslinger." muttered Silence.
"As do you, hooded one." whispered the Kusugari.
"I do not plan on losing to you, though. I didn't survive through hell just to die now" grunted Silence,"You haven't had everythinng taken away from you."
"I had EVERYTHING taken away from me, hooded one. Even my name. I only have my friends now."
Silence's eyes flared beneath the darkness."At least your friends are ALIVE, and you didn't have to bury them!" He suddenly stopped pushing and let the Kusugari fly over him, and he kicked him into the air, then whipped his longsword like a chain, sending the Kusugari to the ground. He moved forward only to be forced to dodge bullets, then parried. He then caught the Kusugari's katana and revolver in his longswords when he put them into an X-shape.
"I believe you and I are the same, but you chose the darker path" said the Kusugari calmly."And you know it. Don't try to hide it. Why don't you stop this?"
Silence was quiet for an imossible second before both broke off and the Kusugari twisted in midair and spun and flashed his blade, becoming a tornado and killed the ninjas trying to close in. Silence backflipped and launched his longswords high above them, then whipped them into the ground and sent shockways before he landed and twirled, his longswords leaving scars on the ground and slicing the fallen ninjas in two. He launched himself at the Kusugari and locked blades with him again. He said "I-I don't know...s-something won't let me..."
