Like I said before, I'm a vampire hybrid, one of the only five in the world.
So you'd probably like to know how I came about, hmm? You could say it's a strange phenomenon, or an extremely unfortunately mishap, take it how you will, but I'm here.
I was a creation - an experiment, something to add to a collection. I was created by the Volturi, a dark, sadistic, powerful, group of Vampires, located is Volterra Italy.

I get my looks from both my father and my mother, being a hybrid, my eyes are not red, but a deep chocolate brown, the same as my mothers, my hair color, and mix between the white blonde of my fathers, and the brown of my mothers.

My biological father being Alec, one of the "witch twins" as he and my Aunt Jane, or more often then not called by. My biological mother was one of the human's that worked as a secretary in the building where the Volturi was held, she was fully aware of what was taking place, and to her understanding she would be granted immortality in turn of caring me - of course, my father cared nothing for her, but only felt the deep desire to fulfill Aro's will.

I was carried in my mothers womb for one month, I grew at an incredible rate, and I gnawed my way out of my mother, causing a bloodbath, with five thirsty vampires in the room. Before my mother took her final breathes, she named me, Elena, Italian for the light of the sun I continued to grow, and they soon learned of my gift- I had the power to make people feel every emotion known at a single time. Anger, love, sadness, heartbreak, pain, suffering, joy, eventually over-stimulating the victims brain until they begged for death.

After only seven years of my life, I had reached full maturity, Aro was more than pleased, and rather boastful of my flawlessness and power that I held. I hated preying on defenseless humans, and thought it rather awful for them to have to leave this earth this way. I decided I wanted to join the guard, Aro, nor my father refused my request, seeing as I was better fit for a defensive position anyway.

It was there where I met Mia. We got to talking one night, and we both agreed on one thing, we both respected one thing, we both wanted to perserve one thing -human life. Mia was wise, smart, she was atleast 150 years old, but obviously still preserved in her amazingly beautiful 19 year old body. She said she had been looking into leaving the Volturi, leaving Volterra all together for that matter, she said she had heard of an amazingly large, and different Coven located the Olympic Peninsula, in Forks Washington to be exact, the Cullen Clan.

She told me about them, how the preyed on animals instead of humans, how they're eyes were a golden topaz, instead of a dark crimson. She also told me something else, they too had one of my kind living with them...
