Chapter 3
Mel and Desi stood there in fear. With Xaldin coming at them with 4 spears and one of them blocking their way from the back door, that happen to be only a few inches away, there was no way out.
"Now don't worry, I'll be sure take an easy on you two since you are new."
Xaldin says, trying to 'comfort' them all while grinin' from ear to ear.
He now stood in front of them and by the looks of it, he towered over them greatly.
Xaldin made the spears take aim at the girls and after giving them one more look, his blades flew right at them!
Out of reaction, the girls duck out of the way just in time. The spears had dug into the wall behind them, but that didn't stop them. They pull out and dive down at the girls with a greater force!
They manage to roll out the way, but some managed to pin them down. One spear had Desi pinned by her pant's leg, but the blade managed to cut into her calf. Mel was pinned by the side of her shirt and was also cut along her side. They both yelp and try to remove the spears, but to no avail.
The other two spears that were not pinning them down, lift from the ground and floated above them. Xaldin smirks and made the spears strike down in a swinging motion, but before they hit the girls, Leon was suddenly standing above them and was blocking the attack with his sword.
While holding his side, Leon manages to push the spears away and then swing at Xaldin.
Xaldin tries to jump out of the way but was cut across the chest! Then he was suprise attacked by a fire stream striking him in the back! He falls down on one knee as he hold a hand against his bleeding chest.
Roy, who manged to get the spears that were attacking him to get stuck in the side the truck that the girls were working on before, walks up from behind Xaldin to where Leon, Mel, and Desi were. He grabs the spear pinning Mel and pulls it out, causing her to scream a little. He does the same with Desi and then throws the spears on the ground away from their owner.
Without facing his friend, Roy tells him, "Leon, get the girls and go where Reno and Havoc are. There's a car right out back. You know where the keys are."
"But sir, what about you?"
"I can handle myself. Right now our new employees are injured and need help. Now go!"
Leon frowns a bit, but makes his sword disappear with a flash of light and faces the girls. He smiles at the girls with sympathy and helps them up.
"Lets go and patch you two up, huh?"
Leon leads them out while helping Mel stand up straight and helping Desi walk to the car, even though she was limping.
Once they were out of the garage and in the car, Roy was glaring down at Xaldin with his arm stretched out at him, his fingers ready to snap once again. Xaldin was also glaring at him and now had all six of his spears floating above him.
