Both wanting and needing someone is confusing. You feel this pull towards them and you want to hold them; want them to hold you but also...Also you feel this need for them, like if you don’t have them near you, you will crumble. Break down.
There is a fix, but that would mean admitting that you’re not strong and that you’ll have to let them in...Letting someone in is terrifying and yet if you don’t; you’re stuck where you are. Lost in your confusion and alone.
Maybe it’s better to let go of the fear and just say, “I want you. I need you.”
Maybe it is better but not necessarily easier.
