My monitor is dying. I knew this had been coming for awhile. If I turn it off for awhile, turning it back on causes the monitor to like freakout degauss/spaz until I completely unplug it... so for a few months now I just dont turn it off, just have the screensaver set to black. But yesterday when I brought it out of that, the red balance was way off and the screen was very very dark... and seemed too large for the screen... all my margins went over by about an inch. So I unplugged everything and left it off overnight, when I turned it on just now, the screen was very very dark and blurry and kept... like... zooming in on the picture and fading to black. Turned it off, turned it back on, picture was there for half a second, then started zooming in again. Unplugged, banged on it a few times... and now I can at least see, but its wonky... still too dark even though I have my contrast and bright all the way up. I hope it lives for awhile longer... I dont wanna get a new monitor right now, I do really like this one. Its huge.
Aaaaanyways. Go back to work at DTV on monday, hopefully I'll feel better after this vacation. Which was entirely too short. It feels like a four day weekend or something... I dunno. Very strange. If I feel better and dont get walked out, I'll stick around and try to get promoted off the floor asap. If not, then I'll just have to look around.
Maybe this color thing is all in my head... I swear that Shmeegul looks dirty.
Looking at another apartment maybe. The stairs are killing me here... I need something on ground level, a few stairs are fine but this flight and half is too much. -_- I'm moreso looking at duplexes and (maybe) small houses.
Shmeegul and Kenshin are going up for adoption soon. I want them to stay together though.
Uhm.. dunno really what else to say.
