Yesterday was the club fair. I went with Amy and Nancy. Amy and I joined some of the same stuff but I lost her in the crowd. Nancy and I joined like EVERYTHING though. xD So I can figure out what I like. ^^
Oh yeah. I was sick as hell yesterday. And I felt like crap so when I got home, I went to sleep after Iftar. But I couldn't even sleep. That's how sick I was. I had a sore throat and a runny/stuffy nose and watery eyes.
This morning I didn't go to school because I had a fever in the morning. I wasn't going to fast to I didn't wake up for Sehri when Amma called me, but then when I woke up at like 10am I decided to fast anyway. After all, sickness is no excuse right? I hadn't eaten since Iftar the night before so I was pretty hungry. But the more painful, the more I understand what its like for people who can't eat even one full meal a day, right?
It's been an hour since Iftar now and I've just been chatting with people. I got an email from Bucky! I was so happy! My reply was longer than any essay I'd ever write for school!
I wish I had a pen pal. It's quite fun chatting with people you don't meet often in person about your life. They can sometimes be so much more understanding and fun to talk to than people you do know in real life. xD
Not that I don't have amazing friends in real life. =]
Anyway, I ought to go do my homework now.
By the way, I was actually debating about the Song of the Day today. Emergency is the one I'm thinking about right now, but I actually listened to Awake, by Secondhand Serenade a lot today. Music always makes me happy. =] And that's why all the great musicians out there rock! ^^
