The twins sat in silence as the police officer continued.
"I'm Sorry to inform you because as Mr. Harman has informed me, today turns out to be your birthday, am i right?"
Riley was silent, his face blank.
Curtis nodded.
Mr. Harman, the Biff look-a-llike, spoke up. "Viv....your mother, she left work early because she couldn't stop talking about how excited she was that her and her boys were going to have a great night out for they're birthdays. All day it was like...she was floating on air...she was just so excited."
The room was quiet for a moment's time.
"Where is she now?" Curtis asked feeling as guilty as they come.
"She's at Saint Anne's Hospital, in t he city." the officer replied.
The room again was completely silent.
Riley looked up slightly at Mr. Harman as he suddenly noticed that just below his hairline, there was a cut, and it was bleeding.
Curtis spoke again. "Can we visit her?"
"That, i'm not to sure of right now, she's in critical condition. But your more then welcome to spend the night at the hospital in case something comes up." the officer said.
"What about the person that did it?" Riley asked. "Where are they at?"
Riley noticed Mr Harman shift in his seat as he asked the question.
The officer opened his mouth but before he could speak, Mr. Harman cut in."Steve, you kno,"he paused."hospitals aren'y really a place for young teenage boys to spend the night, especially on their birthday,"he looked over to the twins" why don't you boys come stay the night at my place?"
Curtis considered it as Riley stared off into space almost.
The officer agreed and soon the boys were on their way for a sleep over at Biff's;
Little did they know that things were more serious then they seemed.


Note : alright sorry about that sweatdrop this chapter's really crappy...well....the whole story's crappy and it's turning to serious so i'll either re-write the last few chapters or i'll throw a big twist at ya'll ^ ^ thanks for readin biggrin heart
