I am wearing the awesome facial tea tree mask I bought from The Body Shop a few weekends ago. I have to say, it's pretty awesome. <3 It makes your skin feel really tingly and has a slight burning sensation, but when you rinse all of it off your skin feels soooo cleansed afterwards. It's very refreshing. <3 I'm also listening to various Buono! and Miku Hatsune songs right now. I'm unwinding a bit before doing homework since I just got back from eating lunch with my mathteammates. End of the year banquet is always awesome! I'm logged into ichat too, but sadly my cute bf Skye isn't on at the moment because he's busy editing something for video productions. Oh well, guess I'll just wait to talk to somebody later~ But for now, on with the rest of the blog!
●●●●●☆ Danced the Night Away <3
Yesterday was the yearbook social! There was free food (which I ate), inflatable bouncers (which I sadly did not get the chance to go in, although I'm not too disappointed since they were only filled with freshmen boys tackling each other. o_o), and Guitar Hero, which I didn't play because frankly I didn't feel like it. ^_^''
What I DID do was hang out with my awesome boyfriend, Skye, who got 31 compliments that night from people (students AND teachers!) who were watching the video project he was filming and thought he did a great job. We ate the free chicken and rice that was given out for dinner and I reenacted portions of Kickassia and Leather Pants. We watched the sunset. We heckled the DJ named Carlos from New York (whom the school is not hiring ever again because off all the uncensored and religiously offensive songs he played. Dude, what the heck? Don't play that kind of stuff at a CHRISTIAN SCHOOL). We also just sat on the field (yes, the dance/social was on a field) and looked at the moon and talked. Then we danced to a few good songs from Skye's laptop. Then me and my parents drove him safely home. <3 It was super uber fun!
Some of my favorite insults Skye and I did were parodying the songs that were playing. Ever heard the song with the lyrics: "even if the sky is falling down. DOOOOOWN. DOOOOOWN"? Yep, this was the version me and Skye san out at the top of our lungs: "OUR OPINION OF YOUR MUSIC'S DOWN. DOOOOOOWN *cue thumbs down*" 8D I also yelled at him: "Yo Carlos. I'm happy for you and imma let you finish. But you've got some of the worst taste in music of all time. OF ALL TIME!" and I yelled that he needs to stop playing around with his synthesizer and sound equipment. >_> Seriously, he does. The songs were already annoying, and his little edits only made them worse.
Words of advice: heckling bad DJs is a great way to relieve stress before finals. Although, just make sure you're out of their range of hearing.
●●●●●☆ Lunch With My Teamies!
So today I went to math team's end of the year banquet. Not saying the location, but I will say that we had some epic Italian food~ We also talked about our favorite math team memories and I got a candy lei and plenty of hugs! 8D YAAAAY. I ended up getting there a bit late though. >_< Traffic is stupid. Afterwards I ended up coming straight home. One of the senior girls was going shopping and I wanted to go too, but decided not to because 1) I'm broke and 2) gotta study.

And speaking of studying, I should probably get back to that. Time to wash of the tea tree mask, put on my glasses, and review chemistry flashcards. Whee...
