HIGHSCHOOL Chronicles Episode 3 |

welcome to highschool chronicles 3!!!! for those of you who just started reading this series, its where i write random things about high school!!!
this episode mostly covers things that happened in biology class, which is my favorite class, but mostly just because nearly everyone in it is crazy (ncluding the teacher) and because its fun, not really cuz i like biology (its OK). theres also some other random stuff too.
GIIIIIIIIIIIIAAANT BAAABY!!!
well, thats a weird title isnt it? anyways, my biology teacher is pregnant, and shes expecting her baby in november! ^^ yay! except that means we get a new teacher until second semester who probably will not be as fun. aw sad so anyway... she was telling us about this old chinese lady she ran into, and the story went something like this. ((note: the chinese lady talked like most of the vowels in words were 3 or more sylables long. so anyways...))The lady asked her "OOOOOH!! You get a BAAAABY!!! When is the baby going to be booorn?" and my teacher said, "oh! next month actually!" and the lady asked her, "oohhh!!! Your stomach so biiig!! is it twiiins?" and she replied, "no no, just one baby." so the woman said, "ooohhh!!! GIIIIIIIANT BAAABY!!!" and my teacher was all like eek gonk " and that lady totally freaked me out!!!! with all her talk about 'GIIIAAANT BAAABY!!! i just want my baby to be healthy and normal and stuff!!!"
so now, whenever she wants our attention, she goes, "GIIIIAAANT BAAABY!!!" and we all crack up laughing. 'cuz anyone who says 'giiiaaant baaaby in an old chinese ladys voice is kinda funny. or we all just have warped senses of humor. or both.
Acid Trip Cell Video
on friday our biology teacher showed us this video on cells and molecules. and she said before the video started, "ok guys. this video was actually made in the 70s so its a little, er- different. and its sort of funny to watch but try to pay attention to what theyre saying." so it started playing and the music was soooo bad. it sounded like whoever wrote it was high on something. and then we were all laughing cuz it sounded so funny! and the teacher was like, "yeah, they did take a lot of acid back in the 70s." and we all cracked up even more cuz the TEACHER just agreed she thought whoever made it was high too. by the time we (sort of) calmed down (well, most people, lik me, couldnt stop giggling) this one part with these two scientist guys came on, and the girl behind me said this: "if its the 70s, where are their afros?" and we all started cracking up laughing again.
i cant even remember what the video was actually on anymore.
Disection
were disecting pig hearts for PE so we can see how the heart works and plan our fitness schedules based on the blah blah blah! all i know is, i nearly threw up watchin the demo video so i better bring a barf bag to school on monday! gonk at least we have the option not to touch it. we can just look. but we still have to look at it. and looking is enough to make me nearly throw up. combined with the smell the odds are DEFINITELY against me.
The Calender
So, i'm walking down the hall to my next class, and i do a double take and back up (much to the dismay of the person behind me, who i apoligized for bumping into) and i look at this thing on the bulliten board.
now, the thing is a calender, which i actually havent paid attention to. but i took a closer look. my friend Skye's b-day is this month (im making brownies) and under his bday, it had his name, 'Skye' and his last initial. and i realized, everything written on this calender were actually names of students! i cant believe i never noticed before! i guess the people in the office must make it or something. but...
'Skye' is a nickname, not skyes real name. its just what everyone calls him. and how in the world would the office people know his nickname? eek which makes me think it was made by students. but THEN how in the world would the students know everyone's birthdays? eek eek its a myyyyyysteryyyyyy....
Soon To Be Voice Actress!
thats right! (hopefully) On friday Skye asked me if i could help him do some voices for his next pokemon abridged (see episode 2 of HIGHSCHOOL chronicles for details) and i said i would have to ask my mom first and see. those of you who know my mom already know this: my mom is very paranoid about me and the internet. being an only child, my parents are very overprotective, and totally convinced if i ever show a picture of myself, say my real name, or talk about where i m from on the internet, a psycho person will come kidnap me somehow even though 99% of the time when i am not at school i am being supervised by and adult, family member, or close friend of the family or my friends parents. and my school has very heavy security anyways, and theyre STILL highly overprotective! (well, they do have a whole point about the psycho person thing... but still...) so ANYWAY, i was SURE my mom would say no right away when i told her about me doing the voiceovers with skye. but instead she said, "sure. i dont see why not."
first reaction: eek second reaction: blaugh yaaaay!!! on monday im going to tell skye i got the all clear! then as soon as we get all the stuff coordinated about when and where we do the recording, etc. you may hear my voice doing voice overs on a popular youtube series!!! (well, not on youtube anymore. youtube banned the second part of the series so it will be on skyes website (i will put up the link))
its still so exciting though!!!! i feel like jennifer sekiguchi (a voice actress who is so AWESOME) but it will probably be a minor role like background characters or something, but still! blaugh xd
