HIGHSCHOOL Chronicles Episode 3.5 (Special Social Coverage!) |

Wow! this is REALLY soon! I mean, i didn't even write the last episode a week ago! but just sooo much has happened i HAVE to make another one!
Anyways, the social coverage i mean is that we had a 9th grade Social, which the whole grade was forced to attend *cough* against our own free will *cough* .
Today 9 through 11th grade was having testing (CTP and PSAT) so after ward each grade could have their own party for 2 hours.
Our social at first glance, compared to the other grades SUCKED. (The 10th grade was having a pool party for cryn out loud!) We stood outside the gym, watched people play soccer on the field, ate watermelon and icecream, and listened to this bnd play that only knew 3 chords. -.-;;
HOWEVER, our boredom was soon eased, for my friends and I are all VERY crazy people! (them more than me!)
HERES HOW!:
Skye's B-DAY
Yep! today was Skye's birthday! I made brownies cuz a lot of my friends birthdays were either this or last week, and i also got him a pikachu puppet, because he really likes pikachu... and puppets... so i got both in one... yeah... anyways, he brought his own puppet to school (named Steve) and he was doing puppet shows all day! this includes in the classroom and at lunch. Which is VERY amusing. I couldnt stop laughing (except for during tests. no puppets during testing)
Hanging Out
So, after testing was done, me, Skye, and Matt all walked over to the gym and we sat in the shade, ate ice cream, juice, cookies, and watermelon (actually i was the only one who ate the watermelon). A few more of their friends joined us, and we were all standing around or sitting on the railing (we were sitting near the stairs) talking and Skye was still having puppet shows. Then he re-enacted Harry Potter Puppet Pals and some musical thing with Matt. Which led to...
OMG They Stole the Band's Audience eek
Yes, the school had a live band playing in case you didnt read that already, and... they were OK. not really my style of music... i think it was ja-waiian style... anyways, like the subtitle says, they stole the bands audience. How? Well, Skye and Matt (being crazy in a good way) wre bored of doing their puppet show for no one (except me and these two guys who were hanging out with us), so we walked over to the field and they stood there re-enacting songs and scenes from several different musicals which i recorded with my camera phone (but each clip is only 6 seconds sad ). Skye was using Pikachu Puppet and Matt was using Steve. It was totally hilarious and i was cracking up, then we started to attaract people because 1. two guys are acting all weird and 2. someone is recording it. so of course it attaracted about say 20 people? (inner thought: THATS A LOT!) and a couple chaparones were watchin too. Cant blame them biggrin .
so, other people started recording it with theyre phones and one guy was saying he wanted to put it on Youtube. Then I heard one of the guys in the band say over the microphone "Hey whered everybody go?" and then i knew where the people came from. We stole their audience.
BONUS: Drama Club I had nothing to do afterschool so I went with Skye and Matt to Drama Club. I think i might join... my mom told me just to stick with math team (they let me on the team even though im in 9th grade. normally its only for 10th ad up. IM SPECIAL biggrin ) but math team is only twice a week and im bored on wedsnday, which is my 'go to the library and stare at the ceiling because i have nothing better to do whiel i wait to get picked up' day. and anyways, its not like they do plays or competitions or anything. It's just a club run by other students, their meetings are 15 to 20 minutes long, and most people (while i was there) either talked, did homework, or ate food from McDonalds. Then we played charades. And... it was really fun. It's not an OFFICIAL club, but it's still fun. so i will see if i can go again next week. 3nodding
and thats about it for now.
yeah mostly i just wanted to write the thing about the puppets down before i forgot...
