Well actually the entire practice is very taxing by one's self I've come to notice. It may wrok differently with other people. Not a lot is known on this whole subject. Actually, no, wait... two or three people know about this much more than the rest of us. Why did they have to move? Deutche, cyotie, and nanie... I only really new the latter two but I heard the other guy really knew his way with inner energy.
I personally believe everyone has the capacity to manipulate their own aura but some people just haven't accepted it yet... hell, I used to be a major skeptic. Nanie... yeah, that guy, he showed me how to bend and focus my own aura. Cyotie... he can see auras better that anyone I've ever seen. Deutche knew the utter mechanics of it all though... he did some amazing things. Well, so I've been told anyway...
Either way I'll continue to work at this... I have to learn how I produced that mote...

P.S. Turns out the aura isn't actually black... it just happened to coincide with the aura while I was practicing. Who knew...
